Rosalind Miller Cakes was born when Rosalind Miller, a lecturer in Graphic Design at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, decided to apply her artistic skills to baking and cake design. The now well-renowned London cake company was established as an extension of the feted sister company, Peggy’s Cupakes, and specialises in wedding cakes, celebration cakes and wedding cupcakes.
Her background as an artist and designer shines through in each of her creations, all of which truly are edible works of art. With an emphasis on continual exploration and creation of new techniques and styles, Rosalind Miller Cakes has earned a reputation for being utterly unique. Her unparalleled wedding cake designs have won Rosalind the title of ‘Best Wedding Cake Designer’ awarded by the Wedding Industry Awards in 2012.
Rosalind Miller cakes have graced the pages of many leading publications and blogs, including The Sunday Times Style magazine, Condé Nast Brides, Perfect Wedding, Elle Japan, Style Me Pretty, Hitched, and Preston Bailey’s Wedding Blog. Her cakes have been featured on Wedding TV, and she is the recommended supplier to a host of prestigious venues including Blenheim Palace, Shakespeare’s Globe, The Dorchester, The Waldorf Hilton, and The Four Seasons Park Lane.
Rosalind also runs Masterclasses, teaching her expert skills in cake design and baking, and imparting her knowledge and tricks of the trade. In 2013 she will publish her first book, a definitive guide to contemporary cake design.
