Cake Flavour Menu
All our cakes are made using organic milk, eggs and butter, and the finest ingredients from handmade salted caramel, to Provence lavender and Sicilian lemon curd. We bake our celebration and wedding cake flavours with the finest and freshest tasting ingredients, and complementary flavour combinations to create a delicious masterpiece.
Choose from a wide range of different cake flavours, each filled with 4 layers of our moist and fluffy sponge filled with 3 layers of filling per tier. We fill our cakes with a silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream and a variety of delicious fillings, including curds, jams or caramel. Some flavours of cakes on our menu are seasonal and may not be available all year round. We also offer vegan options (see below) and gluten free options (please enquire for specific cake flavour options).
Vanilla – Mauritian vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and English raspberry conserve
Sicilian Lemon – zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd
Raspberry – fresh raspberry and Mauritian vanilla sponge with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream
Belgian Chocolate – rich Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
Salted Caramel – indulgent caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel
Pink Champagne – Pink champagne sponge with Pink champagne Swiss meringue buttercream
Saffron, Cardamom, Rose & Pistachio – saffron and cardamom sponge with rose Swiss meringue buttercream and toasted pistachio pieces
Lavender – subtly aromatic Provence lavender sponge with a Mauritian vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream
Rose – delicate rose sponge with rose infused Swiss meringue buttercream
Elderflower – floral English elderflower sponge with elderflower infused Swiss meringue buttercream
Rhubarb – English rhubarb sponge with English rhubarb Swiss meringue buttercream (seasonal)
Red Velvet – red velvet sponge with Mauritian vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream

Vegan Vanilla – vanilla sponge with vanilla ‘buttercream’ & raspberry jam
Vegan Lemon & Blueberry – lemon & blueberry sponge with lemon ‘buttercream’ & blueberry jam
Vegan Chocolate & Coconut – chocolate sponge with coconut ‘buttercream’
Vegan Matcha and Raspberry – vanilla sponge with matcha ‘buttercream’ & raspberry jam
Our tiered and single tier cakes are covered in fondant icing or buttercream.
Fondant iced cakes are covered with a thin undercoat of Belgian chocolate ganache (or marzipan for fruit cake). This provides the foundation for a smooth and flawless finish and keeps the cakes moist.
Cupcakes can be iced with a buttercream icing or with a smooth fondant dome.

Nb. fondant cupcake can be made with any flavour sponge but do not have a flavoured buttercream.
