Our Beginner’s Sugar Flowers masterclass is the essential introduction and foundation to mastering the art of stunning sugar flowers. During this class we teach a variety of key sugar flowers for floral cake designs that are the ideal starting point for beginners. The flowers are taught in our signature style and the skills and techniques you will learn can also be used for different varieties of sugar flowers.
After completing this one day masterclass you’ll be able to confidently work with the key materials and equipment needed to make a wide variety of flowers, including blossoms, leaves and roses, wired blossoms, as well as realistically dusting and colouring.
On top of all this, you’ll take a tour of our professional cake design studio and kitchen (conveniently located next to the classroom), as well as meeting Rosalind and the team for a Q&A. Plus there’ll be lots of useful hints and tips to take home, learned and developed over the years.
