Held in our newly-opened London cake school, our workshops will teach you everything you need to know about baking and decorating delicious, professionally-finished cakes and desserts.

Masterclasses at Rosalind Miller The Studio are open to all, from beginners to advanced students. Taught in intimate groups, they cover a range of techniques such as perfecting buttercream, crafting sugar flowers and making and decorating a tiered wedding cake. Our purpose-built school offers the best possible learning experience with brand-new equipment and expert teachers, including Rosalind herself plus other internationally-renowned cake artists. We also offer private classes for individuals or groups, and corporate team-building classes.
